Before going offline, open the POS online once at each location. Offline sign-in lasts 72 hours by default and can be set from 1 to 168 hours. Chrome or Edge is recommended on tills.

What happens if the internet is off all day?
Your cashiers keep selling. Every sale is saved on the till and sent automatically when the connection returns. If anything is still waiting, the till quietly tries again every two minutes.
Can two tills sell the same last item offline?
Each till keeps track of what it has sold and held, so it won't sell the same stock twice. Two different tills can't see each other's offline sales until they sync.
What if a sale is refused when it syncs?
It waits in Reports for a supervisor, who can try again or close it with a note. The cashier can carry on selling.
What if someone clears the till's data?
The owner gets an alert saying which till and cashier. And no one can log out while there are sales the server hasn't received.
