Can a cashier delete an item after the customer has paid?
Not without a supervisor's approval. Every removal, discount, cancellation and price change is recorded with who did it and when.
What if the supervisor is not in the shop?
The request reaches the Manager app on their phone, and they approve or decline it with their PIN from there.
Does it work when the internet is off?
Yes. Approvals still need a reason and a supervisor's PIN on the till.
Does it slow the cashier down?
Only the actions you choose need approval. Normal selling isn't affected.
